I bought this thinking it would finally sort out my chain drop problem, but i’m still kind of left wondering what I was supposed to do differently. Same trail, same setup, and the chain still bounced off more than once. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it didn’t really change anything and felt like money wasted.

I ordered a small part from Wolf Tooth and yeah, it fit fine when I first put it on, but that didn’t last long at all. After just a few rides, it was already showing way more wear than it should have, and one edge got chewed up badly. For what they charge, I expected something that could actually hold up. Shipping was fine, I guess, but I’m annoyed that the part wore out this fast. Feels like Wolf Tooth should’ve done better here.

I’ve been using it and it works fine, no real complaints there. I just wasn’t totally sold on the value for what I paid. It’s good, but for the price, it just felt..

I just needed one small replacement part, but it was out of stock every time I checked. After a while it started to feel like they’d rather push people into buying a whole new product instead of making basic parts easy to get. Frustrating, honestly

My snap judgment after using it for a few minutes was that this tool just wasn’t going to cut it. It kept slipping while I was trying to work, which made the whole job way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was able to get it on eventually, but it took more fiddling than I expected. The instructions weren’t terrible, but something feels off with how they’re laid out, like a few steps could be explained more clearly. It worked out in the end, just wasn’t as easy as I hoped.

It looked good when I first put it on, and I was actually kind of excited about it. But after just a few rides, the part started getting loose and sloppy, which was really disappointing. I guess I expected it to hold up better for the price. Maybe I just got a bad one, but still, not the quality I was hoping for.

I got it installed and everything charged up like it should, so no worries there. I just didn’t notice any real difference in how the bike rode. It felt pretty much the same as before, which was kind of a letdown.

Not sure what happened before it got to me, but the box showed up crushed. The parts inside didn’t really seem protected much either, so it was kind of disappointing to open it like that.

I ordered this chainring because it was listed as compatible with my crank, but once I actually got it on the bike, it just wasn’t right. The bolt pattern lined up fine, but the chainline was off, off enough that it started rubbing pretty much right away.
I had already double checked the specs before buying, so yeah, that was frustrating. Really frustrating. I ended up having to pull it back off and put my old chainring on just so I could get out and ride.

Maybe it works on certain setups, but for mine the fit was not even close. The compatibility info could definitely be clearer, because this ended up being wasted time, wasted effort, and now a return hassle too.

I don’t know, something about it just felt a bit off when I used it. The tolerances seemed kind of sloppy, and even if it technically worked, it didn’t give me that solid, confident feeling I was hoping for

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or if I expected too much, but I wasn’t very impressed. The edges felt kind of rough, and the finish scratched up way easier than I figured it would. For the price, I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit sturdier. Maybe it works better for other people, but mine really didn’t hold up, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I did get the help I needed in the end, but the wait was longer than I expected. The replies felt a bit generic at times, like I was just a ticket number in the queue rather than an actual person with an issue. Not a terrible experience, just slower and less personal than I’d hoped.

I felt a bit misled when I landed on the site. I was expecting something cleaner and easier to browse, but the design feels cluttered and outdated. It’s not terrible, but it’s hard to enjoy looking around when everything feels kind of messy

I’m still waiting for my order after two weeks, which is frustrating. What makes it worse is that the shipping terms seemed to change after I placed the order, so it feels like I got stuck with a different deal than what I originally agreed to. Not cool...

Had a part go bad, so I reached out to warranty support. They did replace it. So that was good. But the replies were slow. Had to check in a couple times. Not a bad experience. Just a bit dragged out.

I gave Wolf Tooth a try because they make their stuff in the USA, that was a big plus for me. The parts seem solid enough and feel well made, but the price is a little steep in my opinion. Shipping was fine, not super fast or anything. Overall it’s decent, I wouldn’t say I’m blown away.

I do like the parts they have, but using the website on my phone was kind of a pain. The menus felt jumpy, and I had to tap around way more than I expected just to find basic stuff.

The filters weren’t super clear either. I kept ending up on different pages and then having to backtrack, or actually, not backtrack exactly, but sort of figure out where I even was again. Some of the product details also felt buried lower than they needed to be.

Checkout worked in the end, so that part was fine, but the whole process took longer than it should have. I’d probably order again because the selection is good, but the mobile site really needs to be smoother and less confusing

My return/exchange ended up taking way longer than I expected. I had to send email after email and still couldn’t get a clear answer about what was happening with my refund or replacement. It was really, really annoying and not the experience I was expecting.

The product info was mostly accurate, but one of the specs was worded in a way that made me second-guess it, so I had to look it up somewhere else to be sure. The order itself went fine, but having to double check made me lose some trust. I expected the details to be clearer.
